Recenix is a boutique software development and business consulting firm, focused on the strategic application of technology assets — aimed at reducing cycle time, improving quality, and delivering value to our customers and their customers.
Boutique is a deliberate choice. It means the people who scope the work are the people who build it, and that the technology we put in front of a problem is chosen for leverage rather than for its own sake.

Our primary offer is Panorama TMF QC — a full-file review of the Trial Master File, delivered as a service to clinical trial sponsors and CROs. It is what the firm's focus looks like applied to a single, hard problem: every record examined rather than sampled, findings tied to their evidence, and a readiness picture available in days instead of quarters.
Advisory and custom development engagements remain available for organizations working through the same questions in a different setting.

Who’s behind it
Matt Bodo
Founder · Recenix
Matt Bodo is Founder of Recenix. He has spent 25 years leading enterprise technology in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and other regulated industries, where his work has centered on process optimization and on delivering value through automation and artificial intelligence. He holds a Master of Science in Information Management from Arizona State University and a Bachelor of Science in Management from Pepperdine University.
Matt built Panorama TMF QC. He designed it to keep AI inside bounded workflows, so every finding stays tied to the record, metadata, or audit event behind it and stays open to challenge.
Bonita Thomsen, RQAP-GCP
Principal · Thomsen GCP Auditing Services
Bonita Thomsen, RQAP-GCP, is Principal of Thomsen GCP Auditing Services and a certified GCP auditor with over 30 years in clinical research and 79 Trial Master File audits conducted for pharmaceutical and biotechnology sponsors in the US and Europe.
Bonita defines the inspection standard Panorama TMF QC applies. She determined what Panorama looks for, how findings are characterized and prioritized, and where the thresholds sit.
