Privacy Policy.

Recenix is a California-based software company. We build Panorama TMF QC, an AI inspection platform that assesses Trial Master File structure, metadata integrity, completeness, traceability, and ALCOA++ evidence for clinical trial sponsors and CROs.

This policy covers the website. It applies to contact form submissions, pilot requests, and standard web traffic data collected at recenix.com.

It does not cover client trial data. eTMF exports, study records, documents, and any participant information they contain are never collected through this website. Panorama operates on a defined export inside an isolated environment, with no credentialed access to live eTMF systems. That data is governed by the pilot agreement, services agreement, or data processing agreement executed with the client — not by this notice.

Voluntary information. Name, email address, phone number, organization, and message content submitted through the contact form or a pilot request.

Automatic information. IP address, browser and device details, pages requested, and request timestamps, logged at the network edge by our hosting provider for security and operational purposes.

Automatic data is reviewed only in aggregate to understand traffic patterns and protect the Site.

Website information is not used for advertising profiles or automated decision-making.

Personal information is not sold or rented. Sharing is limited to the service providers that operate this Site — hosting, email delivery, and bot protection — and to disclosures legally required for the protection of rights, property, or safety. Contact form submissions are relayed through our own systems to our email provider solely so that they reach us.

We run our own analytics, on our own server. No Google Analytics, no advertising networks, no third-party trackers; the contact form uses a privacy-preserving bot check. We never sell your data or pass it to anyone else. This page covers this website only — not the Panorama TMF QC product.

What we track. Which pages you open, how long you spend on them, how far you scroll, where your pointer moves and what you click, how quickly pages load, and any file you download or outbound link you follow. Your IP address, and which browser and device you are on. We never record what you type — key presses are counted, never read, and we capture nothing from form fields, your clipboard, or your screen.

What we do with it. Find what is slow, broken or confusing, and fix it. Nothing else.

Being remembered. A cookie lets us recognize you when you come back, and connect your visit to an email we sent you. In the EEA and the UK it is off unless you turn it on; everywhere else it is on unless you turn it off. Change it any time from the “privacy” pill at the bottom-left of any page — turning it off deletes the cookie straight away.

We keep visit records for about six months, then delete them.

Users may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information by emailing [email protected], with responses provided per applicable law.

Recenix qualifies as a small business exempt from most CPRA obligations but voluntarily provides data rights and does not engage in cross-context behavioral advertising.

Encrypted transport, access-controlled hosting, and administrative safeguards protect Site information using industry-standard practices. Restricted areas of this Site are authenticated at the network edge, and the email address used to authenticate is retained in access logs for security purposes. Product engagements run in an isolated environment separate from this website.

The Site is directed to professional and business users and is not directed to children under 13. Suspected child data will be deleted upon notification.

Policy updates will be reflected in the “Effective Date” and posted on this page.
